Modern Day Life is Stressful.
If you are reading this blog, you are a member of the 21st century. There’s a lot of nice inventions out there, but also more problems. Sure we have nice cars to drive us around but we have to deal with auto insurance, potholes, and policemen trying to fill their daily quota of tickets written. Even being a parent seems easier right? Just let a movie babysit your kids, don’t worry it’s been done before. But, subliminal messages do exist; the animators working for companies are not children and do not think like children. They can and will hide rated “R” jokes and sexual innuendos in animated films rated “G” or “PG”.
But enough problems for now. How about some solutions? Here’s a few ways to manage stress.

2. 2. Have goals, and accomplish them.
3. 3. Get Money
4. 4. Exercise and Eat Right
1. Sometimes, the anxiety of having to do something is worse than the actual task to be done. Procrastination = anxiety.
2. Failure is stressful, so having smaller goals that can be accomplished will lead to less stress.
3. Getting money is not the easiest thing, but we all need it and having some will help.
4. Regular exercise promotes health of the body and the mind. Eating right does this also.
